Incidentally, I finally saw the SHOUTING FIRE documentary, quite good -- a bit basic, but perhaps that is because so many seem to have lost sight of basic rights. I especially liked Ward&#039;s comment that if there are conditions to be met, and consequences to be suffered, then it isn&#039;t *free* speech.</description>
